Learn why your Affiliate may not have been credited and how to adjust the record.
In this article:
Locate your Affiliate Users:
- From the Dashboard, click the People tab.
- Then, select Affiliates.
- In your Affiliate Dashboard, click Users.
- There, you can view your Affiliate Users associated with your account:
A few reasons the affiliate credit could have been misplaced:
- The purchaser did not buy within 30 days of clicking the Share Link.
- The purchaser ended up completing the purchase using a different browser or a different computer/device.
- The customer clicked a different Affiliate's Share Link (this overrides the initial link).
- Make sure you have checked the box for Give an affiliate commission on the Offer. Click here for instructions on how to activate an Affiliate's Commission.
